The ancient structures of Panxi Palace still include the Qingfeng Tower, the Qiu Changchun Inner Transmission Stele, ancient ginkgo trees, Fenghuang Platform, and stone sutra pillars. It is recognized as one of the famous “Eight Scenic Spots of Baoji.” The surrounding terraced tablelands are layered and picturesque, with well-spaced village homes. On both sides of the stream, green mountains face each other amid birdsong and floral fragrance. This is also the site of the beautiful legend of Nongyu, the daughter of Duke Mu of Qin, who lured a phoenix here. Additionally, the Yangjiadian Site—one of the Yangshao Culture ruins—adds rich cultural significance to Panxi Palace. The Panxi Stream and its adjacent landscapes offer serene and picturesque natural scenery of high aesthetic value.
