In a corner of one hotel, you might occasionally spot a blind man—who, despite being sightless, plays passionate tango music with mixed instruments. Around him, enthusiastic people dance to the music, performing the tango—a truly picturesque scene. Though few passersby donate to such street performers, this spontaneous music and dancing still bring joy to those walking by.
