Within the Wetland Ancient Poplar Scenic Area, there are several small tourist loop trails totaling tens of thousands of meters. Visitors can rent single, double, triple (family), or quadruple bikes provided by the scenic area to ride and enjoy the views. Along the way, besides experiencing the profound presence of the Kash River and the ancient poplars, the tens of thousands of square meters of landscaped greenery will surely refresh your spirit. Here, you can also experience Xinjiang’s only 3D interactive cinema, 4D dynamic cinema, and 360° panoramic cinema within a wetland ancient poplar scenic area. Last year, the scenic area invested another 20 million yuan to upgrade and improve its infrastructure and service offerings. Notably, an investment of 8 million yuan led to the construction of a new 16-kilometer-long ecological colored permeable pavement (also known as "breathable crystal pavement") across the scenic area. This road can automatically regulate surface temperature, is both aesthetically pleasing and practical, and serves three functions: a tourist sightseeing path, a fire access route, and a venue capable of hosting various domestic and international cycling events. Additionally, the 3-kilometer horseback riding sightseeing trail within the scenic area offers services such as horseback riding and photography.
Today, the development project of the Wetland Ancient Poplar Scenic Area aims to build a first-class urban wetland ancient poplar forest park. The project further enriches the variety of plants in the scenic area, cultivates wetland landscapes, and increases functional wetlands, still water bodies, as well as hygrophytic and aquatic plant species. The focus is primarily on constructing ecological wooden boardwalks and viewing platforms, fully reflecting the harmony between humans and nature. In your leisure time, why not bring family and friends to experience the charm of the wetland ancient poplar forest and breathe in the purest oxygen gifted by nature?
