Liuku Town is divided into Old Liuku and New Liuku. Old Liuku was once the site of the local tusi (native chieftain) government office. It is located about two kilometers from the Nujiang River, with less than one square kilometer of flat land. The area is lush with vegetation, dotted with bamboo groves and scattered village houses, offering a unique mountain village charm.

Liuku is essentially the county seat of Lushui County and serves as a necessary stopover when traveling to or from Gongshan and Fugong counties. Typically, travelers stay here for just one night. There aren’t many tourist attractions, but having dinner at a mountain-top restaurant nearby offers a truly wonderful experience.

Address: Liuku Town, Lushui County, Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province
