Denggang Bathing Pond

　　Denggang Bathing Pond is 12 kilometers from Liuku and situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters. For over a hundred years, the Lisu people have followed the traditional custom of gathering at Denggang in Luzhang Town, Lushui County, from the second to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year to hold the “Bathing Pond Festival.” Activities include antiphonal singing, crossbow shooting, walking on swords, walking through fire seas, and bathing in hot springs.
