Sanwan National Forest Park
Sanwan National Forest Park covers a total area of 230,000 mu, with a forest coverage rate of 90.5%. It is home to 22 species of nationally protected trees and dozens of wild animal species. Before the 1970s, South China tigers also inhabited this area. The abundant biodiversity has led many scientific researchers visiting the park to sincerely praise it as a natural botanical garden and an open-air species repository.

A national forest park, a national patriotic education base, and a classic red tourism destination. Located in Sanwan Township, Yongxin County, it is 133 kilometers from downtown Ji'an. In September 1927, after Mao Zedong led the Autumn Harvest Uprising forces from the Hunan-Jiangxi border region to this area, he reorganized the troops — an event famously known in the history of the Party and the military as the "Sanwan Reorganization." The Sanwan Reorganization established the Party's absolute leadership over the military, created a new type of relationship between officers and soldiers, and marked the rebirth of the Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army, holding profound and great significance in the history of our army's establishment. The scenic area now includes four national key cultural relics protection units: the former residence of Comrade Mao Zedong, the site of the headquarters of the First Regiment of the First Army of the Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army, the site of the Soldiers' Committee, and the remains of Fengshuping, as well as attractions such as the site of the military-civilian assembly, the former Red Army training ground, and the Sanwan Reorganization Memorial Hall.

Sanwan National Forest Park is a national-level forest park.
