　　   Penglai Fairyland · Leisure Agriculture Tourism Area is an agricultural tourism destination primarily focused on showcasing modern agriculture. It integrates ecological agriculture, circular agriculture, precision agriculture, and sightseeing leisure farming. Stroll along the pastoral corridors and you’ll be greeted by rows of colorful, uniquely shaped specialty vegetables, premium fruits, herbs, and hull-less pumpkins—abundant and ready to pick.

　　   Penglai Fairyland · Leisure Agriculture Tourism Area is located in Niuchang Township, Baiyun District, Guiyang City, approximately 25 kilometers from the city center. It is one of the national demonstration sites for leisure agriculture and rural tourism. The scenic area spans a total planned area of 66.5 square kilometers, with its core section covering 2,000 acres. It serves as an agricultural tourism destination primarily focused on showcasing modern agriculture, while also integrating ecological agriculture, circular agriculture, precision agriculture, and sightseeing leisure farming.

　　   Since 2013, Baiyun District has been focusing on the overall requirements of the “5-100 Project,” aiming to build “Cool Guiyang as a Premier Tourism and Leisure Destination.” Efforts have been made to improve infrastructure, reception and service facilities, and enhance tourism functions. Key developments include the construction of the main access road to the scenic area (Yansha Line), road signage, a visitor center, public toilets, walking trails, leisure paths, squares, rest areas, sightseeing pavilions, lotus ponds, corridors of exotic fruits and vegetables, signage, and safety warning signs. Additionally, projects such as the park’s main gate, exhibition grounds, cultural square, wooden boardwalks, fences, dedicated water supply pipelines, irrigation and drainage channels, power line relocation, and sewage treatment systems have been completed. Cultural venues themed around Buyi culture and farming heritage have also been built, including the Farming Culture Museum, Buyi Culture Museum, and Immortal Culture Museum.
