　　宝天铁路纪念碑坐落在宝鸡火车站西边炎帝园内，是1952年10月1日由宝鸡市人民政府和中国人民解放军十九兵团建立的。纪念碑高24米，碑身正中刻着中国人民解放军十九兵团陕西军区修建西北铁路宝天段纪念碑。”碑座四周镌刻着彭德怀等老一辈无产阶级革命家的题词。

　　纪念碑曾在文革期间遭到严重破坏，1980年11月由宝鸡市人民政府进行了重新整修，恢复了历史本来面目。
