Song Street
Song Street is an ancient-style street designed to resemble the Song Dynasty. It is located at Wuyi Palace, beneath the Great King Peak in the Wuyishan Scenic Area. Running north-south for 300 meters, the street exudes a strong atmosphere of the Jiangnan region during the Song Dynasty. It features buildings such as Wuyi Palace, Jade Emperor Pavilion, Pengzu Mountain House, Five Zhu Money House, Tea View, Local Village House, Hundred Families’ Joy, Cliff Summit Fragrance, Immortal Grace Hall, and Bidan Restaurant, integrating tea culture, wine culture, and tourism culture. At the entrance of the street stands a stone memorial archway, while at the end there is an ancient-style gate tower, modeled after the architectural legacy of the Song Dynasty, with the “Zhu Xi Memorial Hall” as the centerpiece. Passing through the stone archway, you’ll find structures including the Three Pure Ones Hall, Pengzu Mountain House, Five Zhu Money House, Tea View, Gobi Art Gallery, Wuyishan Museum, and Bidan Restaurant.

Song Street is lined with numerous shops—dozens of large and small—where you can find all kinds of Wuyishan specialties, including Wuyi Rock Tea, snake-based products, and bamboo handicrafts. The street begins with a stone memorial archway and ends with an ancient-style gate tower, modeled after the architectural legacy of the Song Dynasty.
