Xiaoxichong Village is under the jurisdiction of Qingyan Town and is adjacent to the Qingyan Fort centralized resettlement area along the southern ring road of Guiyang City, as well as the soon-to-be-built Daxingguo Temple. To the north, the Qingyan Jade Belt River flows around the village, and it borders Provincial Highway 101 to the west. The village is distributed in a strip shape, nestled against mountains and embracing water. It lies within the mid-subtropical monsoon humid zone, featuring mainly low mountain and hilly terrain with relatively gentle slopes. The elevation ranges from 1,100 to 1,300 meters. Winters are not harsh, and summers are not scorching, with an average annual temperature of 15 degrees Celsius. Transportation is convenient: it is about 12 kilometers from Huaxi District and approximately 29 kilometers from downtown Guiyang.
