Dazhulan

　　     Dazhulan is situated to the southwest of Xianfeng Ridge, surrounded by high mountains with a basin at its center. In ancient times, an official provincial route ran through the area. Historically, it was a densely populated village, but during the Liberation War, many residents migrated away. By the early post-liberation period, only a few households remained, who later relocated and merged into Aotou Village. Sites within the area such as Guanyin Pit, Eighteen Leaps, and Doumi Ridge are associated with beautiful and captivating legends. Stepping into Dazhulan, one is immersed in a sea of bamboo, experiencing the charm of the bamboo forest and feeling instantly refreshed and uplifted. Dazhulan boasts a rich diversity and large population of insect species, earning it the reputation of being an “Insect World.”
