Jinggang Lake
Jinggang Lake is the water storage area of the Jinggangchong Hydropower Station, which began construction in 1989. The double-curved arch dam is 300 meters long and 100 meters high, with a catchment area of 48.1 square kilometers and a total water storage capacity of over 20 million cubic meters. The deepest point of the lake reaches over 80 meters, making it an artificial lake that integrates water supply, power generation, and tourism.

The lake also has a boat dock where visitors can take sightseeing boats to enjoy the scenic beauty of mountains and waters around Jinggang Mountain.

Surrounding the lake, dense forests provide ample shade. The lake surface shimmers with ripples, dotted with small boats. Visitors can take pleasure boats to admire the gorges, streams, waterfalls, and unique rocks, as well as enjoy the rich flora and fauna.

       — In addition, there is no intense heat in summer or severe cold in winter, making it a great destination for summer retreats and leisure.

       — Please note that Jinggang Lake has a dry season, so visitors should choose the right time to go.
