  This ancestral hall is the clan temple of the local Xu family, also known as the "Xiaolun Hall." It faces south, has three sections from front to back, includes side rooms, and features an independent central hall in the second section. The overall layout forms a "square-shaped" (or "回"-shaped) plan, covering a total area of approximately 1,700 square meters. Its current structure remains highly intact.

  It was designated as a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit on March 16, 2005, and listed as part of the seventh batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the National Level in May 2013.
