Luofu Reservoir
Luofu Reservoir is situated in a large canyon on Maoping, six kilometers in length with crystal-clear waters ideal for leisurely boating. The peaks on the left side of the reservoir are picturesque and from afar resemble the Five Elderly Men Peaks of Mount Lu, along with other peaks such as Cuiwei Peak and Taizi Peak, all strikingly lifelike. At the foot of the mountains in Luofu’s Jiangnan Village lies Five Springs, where five springs emerge from the ground—hence also known as the “Five-Eye Spring.”
