Kiwi 360 is located in Te Puke, the “Kiwifruit Capital” of the Bay of Plenty region, and is a kiwifruit-themed park. Its most striking feature is the towering kiwifruit-shaped structure. In front of the park stands a giant object shaped like a sliced kiwifruit, reportedly made from Maori canoe paddles, which has become a popular photo spot for visitors. Inside the park, guests can learn about the history and culture of kiwifruit, take a 40-minute guided tour via park shuttle to explore lush kiwifruit orchards. In those 40 minutes, you can discover the kiwifruit cultivation process, the development history of the kiwifruit industry, and the area’s favorable natural growing conditions. Of course, if you visit during harvest season, you can also taste some of the world’s most delicious kiwifruit. Aside from the shuttle tour, visitors can also take a helicopter ride to enjoy aerial views of the orchards and the surrounding natural landscape.
Kiwi 360 not only boasts beautiful orchard scenery but also offers a range of kiwifruit-themed souvenirs. In the Kiwi 360 gift shop, you can find items such as jams, soaps, and plush toys shaped like kiwifruit. Additionally, you can enjoy kiwifruit muffins, kiwifruit liqueur, and other delightful treats and drinks at the Kiwi 360 café.
