The Memorial Hall of the Second Detachment of the New Fourth Army is situated next to Shifeng Residence. Constructed in August 1985, it spans an area of 850 square meters and showcases the heroic struggle history of the Second Detachment of the New Fourth Army. The exhibition displays 125 photographs and 47 cultural relics. It officially opened in March 1998, with the name of the hall inscribed by former Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Chong.
