Xianyuan Lake

　　The Xianyuan Lake Tourist Resort is an emerging scenic tourist destination in Wucheng District. As the twelfth provincial-level tourist resort following Qiandao Lake and Mount Mogan, it is located within the famous ancient town of Andi in southern China, just 10 kilometers from the city center. The area features overlapping peaks, murmuring mountain springs, and dense forests, along with ecological landscapes such as a thousand-mu area of flowers and seedlings, and ten thousand mu of bamboo groves. There is also a ten-li-long osmanthus corridor. When autumn arrives, the fragrance wafts for miles, creating a spectacular scene that has earned the region the title "Hometown of Osmanthus in China."

　　The Xianyuan Lake within the resort is surrounded by mountains on three sides and open plains on the other. With clear, blue waters gently rippling, the harmonious blend of mountains and lake creates especially beautiful scenery. The climate here is mild—warm in winter and cool in summer—making it an ideal spot for vacationing and leisure. The overall layout of the resort centers around Xianyuan Lake, with a backdrop of green ecology. It has been developed to include leisure vacations, sightseeing and entertainment, convention and training facilities, as well as classical residential architecture of central Zhejiang. This makes it a suburban lakeside and mountainous tourist resort primarily focused on leisure, vacationing, and tourism.
