"People-oriented" is another highlight of the Xinqing Park design. Plantings are denser along the park’s edges, forming a barrier that blocks noise and creates a tranquil, independent space within the park. The main circular pathway features a central landscape of cedar trees and lawns, offering visitors wide, open views and lush greenery. Secondary paths, combined with a variety of plants, form multifunctional spaces, making the park an ideal spot for leisure and recreation. Once completed, Xinqing Park will bloom with crabapple flowers in spring, silk tree blossoms in summer, osmanthus in autumn, and wintersweet in winter—offering visitors floral beauty in every season. Additionally, the park also includes tree species beneficial to human health, such as those from the Magnoliaceae and Oleaceae families.
