常州梳篦博物馆，梳篦总称曰"栉"，是我国古代八大发饰之一。谚云:扬州胭脂苏州花，常州梳篦第一家，博物馆集中展示了梳篦的发展历史、制作工艺和创作精品。
"常州梳篦始自晋代（公元265-420年），迄今已有1600余年历史，昔为宫廷御用珍品。故有"宫梳名篦"之誉，是传统手工艺品，亦为"延陵特产"。
