It is situated on the old street of Shipai Town, Zhongxiang City. The original construction date is unknown, but it was rebuilt in the 42nd year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1777). The building has a convex layout. It consists of a front stage and a rear room. The front stage is 4 meters wide and 3.1 meters deep, with a single-eave hipped gray-tiled roof and a post-and-lintel structure. The upper part serves as the stage, while the lower part functions as a passageway. The rear room is 12 meters wide across three bays and 5.9 meters deep in one bay, featuring a single-eave gable-and-hip gray-tiled roof. The central bay uses a post-and-lintel structure, while the side bays use a through-tenon structure. Inside the building, there are over 20 inscriptions left by opera troupes from the 8th (1803), 9th (1804), 17th (1812) years of the Jiaqing reign and the 2nd year of the Daoguang reign (1822).
