Yubei Bamboo Forest Park

　　Yubei Bamboo Forest Park is located in Dazhulin Town, Yubei District, Chongqing. It covers an area of about 5 hectares, with 45 mu of permanent garden landscapes, and features more than 50 species of bamboo. Themed around “bamboo,” the park showcases the ornamental characteristics of bamboo through various displays, emphasizing its style and culture. It is the first privately-run park built in Chongqing.

　　As the first privately-run park in Chongqing, Yubei Bamboo Forest Park represents a new endeavor and innovation by the High-Tech Zone Management Committee in urban social welfare construction and public services. It is invested in and operated by Benxun Garden Company.

　　Yubei Bamboo Forest Park is situated in Dazhulin Town, Yubei District, Chongqing. The park spans around 5 hectares, with 45 mu of established landscape areas, and cultivates over 50 types of bamboo. With “bamboo” as its theme, it employs various display methods to highlight the plant’s ornamental traits, with a strong focus on its style and cultural significance. The park includes a landscape plant area, a potted plant and seedling zone, a drought-tolerant bamboo section, a water-loving bamboo area, a temporary seedling planting zone, and road greening. Its completion not only provided employment for nearly 500 local farmers but also boosted the development of the regional floral industry.
