Yuanyangxi Scenic Area

　　　　    It is one of the most appealing destinations in the national-level Dahongshan Scenic Area, a national AA-rated attraction, famed as the “Nine-Bend Yuanyangxi, Ten-Mile Water Gallery.” Located in Lulin Town, Jingshan County, the area features high mountains, steep ridges, deep valleys, crystal-clear waters, lush forests, birdsong, and floral fragrances. It stands as an ideal destination for adventure rafting in central Hubei and serves as a natural oxygen bar for reconnecting with nature. The Yuanyangxi Mountain Resort, with its classic elegance and pleasant environment, offers convenient, safe, comfortable, and high-quality all-in-one services for group conferences, inspection tours, sightseeing, leisure, and entertainment. It welcomes 60,000 visitors annually, generating an income of 5 million yuan.
　　Lulinzhai Scenic Area: Lulin Ancient Fort is situated in Lulin Town—an emerging tourism hub at the northern edge of the Jianghan Plain and in central Hubei. During the 1st century, it was the birthplace of the Green Forest Uprising led by Wang Kuang and Wang Feng in the late Western Han Dynasty. Lulinzhai served as the training and encampment ground for over 50,000 uprising troops. Both the southern and northern fortresses (fortified camps) still retain their historic charm. The area is dotted with wild chrysanthemums, breezy and cool throughout the seasons, with year-round mountain springs, making it a perfect summer retreat. The Lulinzhai Scenic Area is rich in landscape and culture, with attractions such as Camel Peak, Heaven-Devouring Gate, Drumming Stone, Two Kings Cave, ancient city walls, beacon towers, general’s platform, horse racing field, archery field, watchtower, tent camping, petrified wood, and volcanic crater.
