The Memorial Tower area spans 1.4 square kilometers, including 878 square meters of garden space, with a vegetation coverage rate of 99%. The base building covers an area of 349 square meters. The overall design of the Memorial Tower is solemn, standing 15.3 meters tall, majestic and awe-inspiring, with inscriptions from party and state leaders as well as the names of martyrs engraved around it. On the eastern slope, there is a Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery, and at the lower part of the tower area, there are two pavilions named "Dingyuan" and "Ban Cheng." The tower area boasts rich ecological resources and unique natural landscapes, with clusters of precious flowers and trees. Every year during Qingming Festival, people spontaneously come to pay their respects at the memorial, with over 40,000 visitors annually. This Memorial Tower will be included among the key scenic areas developed in Hanzhong City, aiming to attract visitors from across the country to Zhenba for sightseeing, thereby promoting internal and external political, economic, and cultural exchanges and development of the scenic area.
During the establishment of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Revolutionary Base by the Fourth Red Army, the county retained many important relics, historical materials, and documents related to the revolutionary struggle. To properly preserve the important relics and historical materials of the martyrs from various periods, in 2001, with approval from the provincial government, construction began on the "Revolutionary History Exhibition Hall," covering an area of over 800 square meters. The hall houses more than 400 revolutionary cultural relics, managed by the Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower Management Office, and staffed with professional guides. It serves to promote the heroic deeds of the martyrs, fulfill the educational role of martyr memorial sites in patriotism, and advance the development of socialist spiritual civilization. The Zhenba County Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower was listed by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government in August 1987 as one of the "First Batch of Provincial-Level Martyrs' Memorial Buildings under Protection." In May 1995, it was designated as an "Hanzhong Region Patriotic Education Base."
