Shizi Fort
Ganzhou's Shizi Fort is located at the northwest corner of Longyuanba Town, known as the "Watermelon Capital." It sits nestled between two peaks — Sanjiangjun (Three Generals) and Jilong Fort. The mountain features naturally-formed stone corridors that encircle the peak, stretching approximately 1.2 kilometers in length. Within these corridors, you can find various stone objects such as tables and stools resembling everyday household items. The thrilling and narrow Niu'bi Cave lies within the stone corridor. Passing through this rocky tunnel leads to a suddenly open and flat area. Ascending to Shizi Fort and looking out into the distance, one is greeted by endless lush greenery, and the Yao ethnic minority villages scattered at the foot of the mountain, with their unique way of life and production customs, are even more captivating and enchanting.
