Sifang Mountain Scenic Area

　　Sifang Mountain is located in the northwest of Tang Township and is named after its distinctive shape. The main body of the mountain is divided into two parts: East Sifang Mountain and West Sifang Mountain. West Sifang Mountain features uniquely shaped rock formations—naturally sculpted stone statues standing tall on the mountaintop, surrounded by peculiar rocks. There are no fixed paths here, and the terrain is rugged. East Sifang Mountain presents a completely different scene, being a densely forested area covered with pine trees. The ground is covered with fallen leaves all year round, and stepping into this jungle feels like entering a primeval forest from hundreds of years ago. The pine trees here are quite unique—not all stand tall and straight, but many grow in pairs, taking on various shapes as if couples are enacting touching stories. In the gaps between the intertwined woods, rays of sunlight sometimes shine through. When the breeze blows, the golden light sparkles, adding even more mystery to this ancient forest. This area is also rich in legends, such as the beautiful tale of “Hongluo Girl,” the mysterious “Big Pond,” and the romantic “Wishing Stone”—too many to count.
