The main structure features a circular platform base surrounded by fresh flowers and green grass, along with a over five-meter-tall statue of a Chinese women's volleyball player. She holds a gold trophy in her left hand
and raises a bouquet of flowers in her right. Behind her stands a three-pronged, Y-shaped monument pillar that is 24 meters tall and silver-gray in color. The top of the pillar splits into three smaller columns holding up a volleyball, symbolizing the Chinese women's volleyball team's
three consecutive championships.
Behind the main body of the monument, there is a large gatehouse-style mural serving as a backdrop. The mural surface is made up of more than 1,000 square stone blocks. The central figure depiction recreates the intense scenes of the volleyball players in action. Zhangzhou is the birthplace of the Chinese women's volleyball team’s “Five Consecutive Championships,” and this monument was erected by the people of Zhangzhou to commemorate the team’s “Three Consecutive Championships.”
