Half Moon Park
Half Moon Park is situated in the heart of the Lugu residential area, adjacent to the largest community service center in the west to the east, the dormitory complexes of Xinhua News Agency to the south, the 8.4-square-meter national award-winning residential complex Xinlan Building to the west, and facing Yinhe Avenue to the north. Construction began on March 24, 1999, and the park was completed by September 24 of the same year, officially opening to the public for free on the 50th anniversary of National Day.
