天津红钟酱油
红钟牌酱油的始创人叫李惠南。1919年他东渡日本留学，就读于东京高等工业学校应用化学 系，他认为日本利用现代化学方法制造酱油颇为可取，遂致力于此项研究。1927年，他在天津北营门西大街办起了“宏中酱油厂”，后又扩建为“宏中酱油股份有限公司”，产品定名为 “宏钟”牌酱油。
