Jixian Golden Silk Jujube
Jixian Golden Silk Jujube has an oblong fruit shape with a brownish-red skin. The fruit is large with a small pit, offering a fragrant and sweet taste with high sugar content. When mature jujubes are split open, they can yield seven or eight golden-yellow silk-like fibers, hence earning the name "Golden Silk Jujube." These jujubes are predominantly grown in the northern mountainous areas of Jixian. The sugar content of Jixian Golden Silk Jujube is 18% higher than that of other regions. It is rich in nutrients, containing various vitamins such as A, B, C, and P, and is medically referred to as a "vitamin pill." Its vitamin C content is dozens of times higher than that of pears, and its phosphorus (P) content ranks first among all fruits. It also contains essential minerals for the human body such as calcium and iron, offering high health and wellness value.
