He Feng’s “Two Eggs”
Lishui County’s He Feng Town makes full use of its proximity to Shijiu Lake and its abundant supply of ducks and geese to vigorously develop preserved eggs and salted duck eggs. In 2004, a total of 100 million preserved and salted duck eggs were sold externally, generating an output value of 60 million yuan.
