Whole Bamboo Feast
Nanshan Bamboo Sea is located at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces, encompassing tens of thousands of acres of bamboo forests and rich in a variety of local produce. With bamboo covering the mountains, it’s no surprise that bamboo-based cuisine thrives here. The “Whole Bamboo Feast” is made up of a range of “bamboo” dishes such as bamboo shoots, bamboo fungus eggs, bamboo fungus vegetables, bamboo mushrooms, bamboo sea cured meat, bamboo tube tofu pudding, bamboo tube rice, bamboo fungus wine, and bamboo pickles. It can truly be described as a table full of bamboo—no feast is complete without it—offering a truly impressive and mouthwatering experience.
