Smoked Toads
Smoked toads, which are essentially smoked toads, are quite tasty, but not very environmentally friendly, so they have gradually been banned in recent years.
Preparation method — It’s best to use high-quality wild ones, with those containing toad oil being the top grade. The creature is skinned, cleaned, and its internal organs are also washed and placed back inside. It can be smoked using charcoal smoke, oil, or preferably sugar along with seasonings, then smoked until ready to eat. There are also versions that are pre-smoked and then further processed with additional seasonings before serving.
Special features of this dish — Delicious and extremely fresh, the meat is firm and chewy, with a unique smoky flavor. Salty, fragrant, and savory, you can smell its distinctive aroma and smokiness from afar, making it hard to resist. Often served as a cold dish, this dish can clear heat and toxins, remove spots, beautify the skin, and is particularly good for your complexion.
