　　Xu's Soybean Paste is a traditional specialty of Northeast China, produced by Dongyang Pickles Factory in Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province. The origin of Xu's Soybean Paste: as early as the early Qing Dynasty, the diligent and ingenious Manchu people invented the method of making soybean paste by hand. Their product became a delicacy served at banquets for officials and nobility. For three hundred years, this craft has been passed down among the Manchu people. Generation after generation, the Xu family has inherited and developed the mysterious handcrafted method of making soybean paste, resulting in a product with meticulous ingredients, fine craftsmanship, a unique style, and a rich, delicious flavor.
