Shaky
Shaky is an oval-shaped white bread, a traditional Russian food. Made primarily from flour, hops, and salt, it is processed, baked, and formed into its final shape. Baked in a hardwood-fired oven, its crust is slightly charred and crispy, while the interior remains soft and delicious. Additionally, due to fermentation with hops, it boasts a unique plant-based fragrance.
