Acheng Yiquan Liquor

Acheng Yiquan Liquor is a Geographical Indication Protected Product.

Origin of Yiquan Liquor: Acheng, Harbin, China.

Features: The best-known varieties are the Red Plum brand Chinese Yiquan Liquor and the Yiquan brand Yiquan Daqu Liquor. The Red Plum brand Chinese Yiquan Liquor 550 has the features of "Luzhou head" and "Moutai tail," meaning it has the flavor of Luzhou liquor and the aroma of Moutai—mellow, richly fragrant, refreshing and clean, with a long-lasting aftertaste that leaves one feeling refreshed and joyful. The Yiquan brand Yiquan Daqu Liquor is clear and transparent, richly fragrant, crisp and mellow, and refreshing with a lingering aftertaste, making it a renowned local liquor.

In 1959, under the investment of the Ministry of Commerce of China and organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government, the "Heilongjiang Yiquan Liquor Factory" was officially established. Located in Yiquan Town, Acheng City, Heilongjiang Province, the factory covers an area of 150,000 square meters. It is a national second-class enterprise, a provincial model civilized unit, a leader in the Northeast liquor industry, and the largest liquor manufacturer in the province.

Good liquor must come from good water. Yiquan Town is one of the birthplaces of China's distilled spirits. More than 850 years ago, Xiao Baizhen, founder of the Taiyi Taoist sect, to repay the emperor’s kindness, passed on the secret distillation technique used to extract medicinal dew to the Jin royal family. Emperor Xizong of Jin then ordered the establishment of a royal winery in Yiquan, on the outskirts of the capital, using local Yiquan spring water and the distillation method to brew imperial wine. Thus, the earliest distilled liquor in North China was born in Yiquan. Since then, Yiquan has been home to numerous distilleries and has enjoyed fame across the country for nearly a thousand years.

After the factory was established, it continuously innovated and improved brewing techniques while inheriting and promoting the liquor-making technology of the Jin Dynasty. In 1975, a national expert panel on liquor technology led by Zhou Henggang, a master of Chinese liquor, spent a year painstakingly developing the Yiquan Fangping liquor, which combined the flavors of sauce-aroma and strong-aroma types with local characteristics, pioneering the fifth major aroma type of Chinese liquor—the mixed-aroma type. In September 2002, the factory was restructured from a state-owned enterprise into a private joint-stock company and renamed "Heilongjiang Yiquan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd." By continuously learning from advanced industry practices, firmly implementing a premium liquor strategy, adjusting product structure, and strengthening market...

expansion, over five years the factory’s main economic indicators grew at an average annual rate of 30%, with cumulative tax payments reaching nearly 100 million yuan. While achieving breakthroughs, Yiquan also identified bottlenecks in talent, strategy, and channels. With the goal of win-win cooperation and mutual development, in June 2008, Jinxingfu Investment, a subsidiary of Huaze Group, formally acquired "Heilongjiang Yiquan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd."

After the acquisition, the group committed to further strengthening Yiquan by establishing brand and sales advantages across markets in the province, securing and expanding its leading position within the province, steadily expanding into external markets, and striving to become the top brand in the three northeastern provinces. Within five years, through fixed asset investments and renovations totaling nearly 100 million yuan, the plan is to build a large-scale circular economy enterprise centered on Yiquan Liquor Industry, integrating agricultural development and industrial tourism. Relying on the group’s strong brand management capabilities, business operations, and market experience, through a comprehensive range of measures—including uncovering the intrinsic value of the products, injecting capital, strengthening brand building, expanding the sales network, improving management systems, enhancing management standards, introducing cutting-edge technologies, and infusing advanced culture—Yiquan Liquor Industry will enter a brand-new golden period of development.

In 2009, the group invested 50 million yuan to establish the largest automated blending and storage center in the Northeast, with a capacity of 10,000 tons, at Yiquan Liquor Industry.

In 2010, the group invested another 50 million yuan to introduce the most advanced automated liquor production line in China and build a new packaging workshop.

In 2011, Yiquan Liquor Industry invested 30 million yuan to build the largest wooden vat liquor warehouse in the Northeast. Over the next five years, the group will continue to invest in fixed assets and renovations to form a large-scale circular economy enterprise centered on Yiquan Liquor Industry, integrating agricultural development and industrial tourism.

Relying on Huaze’s strong brand management capabilities, business operations, and market experience, through a comprehensive range of measures—including uncovering the intrinsic value of the products, injecting capital, strengthening brand building, expanding the sales network, improving management systems, enhancing management standards, introducing cutting-edge technologies, and infusing advanced culture—Yiquan Liquor Industry will enter a brand-new golden period of development.
