Yongqian Shed Vegetable Farm

　　The Yongqian Village Shed Vegetable Park in Changqing District, Fularji District, has established a centralized area for vegetable production in sheds. Due to its early establishment and large scale, Qiankule Tun has become a well-known specialized vegetable-growing village. Thirteen high-quality varieties are cultivated here, including cucumbers, tomatoes, green beans, edible fungi, and onions. The annual commercial vegetable output reaches 26.1 million kilograms, which not only meets the market demand of the district but can also be exported to many cities along the route. This year, greater emphasis has been placed on continuous innovation in cultivation techniques and the regular updating of varieties. Currently, more than 10 new experimental varieties of cucumbers and tomatoes have been introduced, among which cucumber grafting technology has gradually been adopted by every household, resulting in increased yield, earlier market availability, and significant economic benefits. This technology is leading at the provincial level. Yongqian Village has also been listed as one of the city's 100 specialized villages under the “One Village, One Product” project.
