Shanhuang Apricot

　　   Shanhuang Apricot, also known as Jinyu Apricot, originates from Guozhuang Village in Shisanling Town and is a traditional farm-grown variety. It has been cultivated for over a hundred years in the mountainous villages of Guozhuang and Deshengkou in Shisanling Town. Currently, the cultivation area covers nearly 3,000 mu, with an annual yield of 1 million kilograms. Known for its large size, thick flesh, and sweet-sour flavor, it is suitable both for fresh consumption and processing, making it a renowned local specialty product in the Beijing area.
