　　Produced in Jilin City, Jilin Province. First, the shed antlers are sawn into sections, then repeatedly soaked, steamed, and boiled. The resulting liquid is filtered, the filtrates are combined and left to settle (sometimes a small amount of finely powdered alum is added). The gluey liquid is filtered and concentrated into a paste-like consistency, then cooled, sliced, and air-dried. It has a sweet and salty taste with a warm nature. It is known for its effects in warming and nourishing the liver and kidneys, enriching blood and essence, as well as having hemostatic properties. It is used to treat symptoms such as kidney qi deficiency, impotence, emaciation, essence and blood deficiency, fatigue and blurred vision, weakness in the lower back and knees, infertility in women, cold uterus, and uterine bleeding.
