Pulandian Fragrant Rice
The "Lianhuashan" brand of fragrant rice produced in Pulandian City includes a total of 186 varieties, of which 36 have been promoted. The annual production reaches 18,000 tons, with over 120 tons exported in 1998. The "Lianhuashan" brand of fragrant rice was awarded the Green Food Certificate by the Ministry of Agriculture in 1998 and received the "Science Popularization Gold Award" from the State Science and Technology Commission in 1995.
