　　After years of development, Xiangzhoufang Liquor Co., Ltd. has become one of the largest brewing enterprises in Northeast China. The company currently operates 500 mud pit cellars and produces over 1,000 tons of baijiu annually, including those of the sesame aroma type.

　　 Sesame aroma baijiu is a high-quality liquor recognized in China in recent years and was elevated to national standard status in 2007. It stands out for its unique taste and aroma, earning widespread acclaim in the domestic baijiu industry. The sesame aroma baijiu produced by Xiangzhoufang is a product that combines traditional brewing techniques with modern biotechnology. It uses carefully selected sorghum, wheat, rice, and millet as raw materials, with white koji, bacterial koji, high-temperature koji, and medium-temperature koji as saccharification and fermentation agents. Through a unique fermentation process involving high-temperature stacking, high-temperature fermentation, high-temperature distillation, graded liquor collection, and long-term storage, the baijiu is meticulously blended. Its style incorporates the characteristics of sauce aroma, strong aroma, and light aroma baijiu, featuring “an elegant and pure taste, mellow and delicate flavor, a full-bodied texture, and a prominent sesame aroma.” With its smooth entry and enchanting fragrance, it has established a “noble quality” in the baijiu industry and is highly favored by consumers.

　　 The Xiangzhoufang series of baijiu has successively obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and HACCP certification. It is sold across the country and has been awarded the titles of Dalian Municipal and Liaoning Provincial Famous Products. It was designated as the official conference liquor for the 2009 Summer Davos Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum and won the Gold Award for Innovative Products at the 3rd China Light Industrial Products Expo.
