　　  Located south of Zhangfang Village in Zhangfang Town, construction began in the second half of 2008. Currently, pre-production preparations and equipment installation and commissioning are complete. The project has an investment of 20 million yuan, covers an area of 12,000 square meters, and employs 100 workers. It carries out deep processing of Mopan persimmons following the “liquid new technology fermentation” production standards, with an annual processing capacity of about 10,000 tons of Mopan persimmons, which can help promote the sales of persimmons for thousands of local fruit farmers. The main products are edible persimmon vinegar and health persimmon vinegar, launched in November, and sold to southern cities such as Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, as well as the three northeastern provinces, while actively seeking opportunities for product export.
