Benefits of Vegetarianism:
1.
Vegetarians don’t have to worry about the burden that meat places on the kidneys and heart, nor about excessive fat leading to gout or cardiovascular diseases.
2.
It reduces the burden on the digestive system. Digesting a meal of rice and tofu takes about 5 hours, while digesting an equally sized steak takes 18 hours.
3.
Nutritionists believe
that
vegetarians tend to live longer than non-vegetarians.
For these three reasons, we advocate vegetarianism and believe that those who wish for physical and mental well-being will also choose vegetarianism as their first option.
