Heishaoke Jujubes

　　　　Heishaoke Township in Jianchang County is a well-known jujube-producing area. In recent years, the township’s Party committee and government have led local residents in scientifically cultivating and planting new varieties, replacing over 100,000 jujube trees, yielding more than 8,000 kilograms of jujubes annually. To effectively carry out the “Three Visits” campaign, the Heishaoke Township Administration for Industry and Commerce has taken helping to register a geographical trademark as a breakthrough approach, putting themselves in the shoes of service recipients. Leveraging the characteristics of Heishaoke jujubes—“small pits, thick flesh, and fine texture”—they have built a brand for Heishaoke Township. They planned and registered the “Heishaoke” brand trademark, helping Heishaoke jujubes go beyond western Liaoning with the “Heishaoke” brand, enter the national market, and reach the international stage.
