Xingcheng Apples are a geographical indication certification trademark.

　　On March 13, “Xingcheng Apples” successfully passed the review announcement by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and were registered as a national geographical indication certification trademark. To date, our city has successfully registered two national geographical indications.

　　　　Xingcheng City is rich in fruit production and has a long history of fruit cultivation. There are 400,000 mu of fruit orchards, with 13 million fruit trees, including 7.5 million apple trees, ranking first among all types of fruit. The unique soil and water conditions, along with a favorable ecological environment, have nurtured the six distinctive qualities of “Xingcheng Apples”: bright color, regular shape, smooth skin, thin peel with crisp flesh, sweet and fragrant flavor, and juicy and refreshing taste.
