　　Flue-cured tobacco is one of the important cash crops in Xifeng County, with over 50 years of cultivation history. The main variety planted is G28, which was introduced from the United States. The tobacco leaves are known for their strong gloss, moderate thickness, fine texture, high elasticity, good body, and high sugar and carbohydrate content. They also contain abundant protein and amino acids. The flavor is mellow, the aroma is rich, and the stimulation and off-flavors are minimal. In 1985, the quality of Xifeng flue-cured tobacco was rated as the best in the province. The average yield reached over 100 kilograms per unit. It has now become a key flue-cured tobacco production base in Liaoning Province.
