　　Daoxiangcun pastries are a renowned local food product from Tieling City. They have been awarded the Liaoning Provincial Excellent Food Prize, the Gold Award for Series Pastries, the Brand Award for Series Pastries, and have been recognized as a “Reliable Food Product of Liaoning Province.”

　　The Daoxiangcun Food Factory is a state-owned enterprise under the Tieling Municipal Catering Service Company. The Daoxiangcun-brand pastries it produces are known for their wide variety, high quality, unique flavors, and genuine value. Major varieties include cake, jar oven pastry, sesame crisp, peanut crisp, stove fruit, square crisp, red crisp, rolled crisp, hibiscus cake, rice cracker, mooncake, mung bean cake, assorted petals, fish tongue biscuit, egg yolk biscuit, egg yuan crisp, coconut strip, tongue crisp, peach crisp, salt and pepper cake, rose cake, and over 40 other types. There are also nearly 100 varieties such as steamed protein birthday cakes and Western-style fresh milk birthday cakes, as well as frozen foods like glutinous rice balls and dumplings.

　　The Daoxiangcun Food Factory has established six sales outlets in Tieling City: one opposite the White Pagoda in Beishi, a second at Hongqi Square North, a storefront on Shifu Road, an outlet in Lingdong, one in Tieshan, and another in Chengnan. Annual sales exceed 400 tons. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, it’s common to see hundreds of people lining up in front of Daoxiangcun to buy mooncakes—so many that they come by car and carry them away, with demand far outstripping supply.
