产地产季：中国东海、黄海。主要渔场有舟山、江苏近海及山东南部近海。每年4～6月份为春汛，7～10月份为秋汛，5～6月份为旺季。营养价值： 每百克肉含蛋白质19克多、脂肪2.5克， 肉坚实味鲜美，营养丰富。
