Amid the coffee wave, people’s expectations for coffee bean quality have risen even higher. Single-origin coffees pursue unique flavor profiles, while producing regions, areas, or estates are also innovating their processing methods, offering coffee enthusiasts around the world more distinctive flavors each year.

Colombia has achieved notably impressive results in innovative processing methods in recent years. This Cherry Blossom coffee bean, for instance, is processed by Heaven Estate using a double anaerobic washed method, delivering rich floral and vanilla aromas that easily evoke the imagery of cherry blossoms blooming in spring.
The Cherry Blossom coffee beans come from Heaven Estate, a Colombian coffee origin-certified farm located in Cauca Province. The average altitude in Cauca is 1,758 meters, with the highest reaching up to 2,100 meters. Compared to other regions, Cauca experiences relatively larger temperature variations, resulting in coffee with excellent acidity and a uniquely sweet profile that is widely praised.
Heaven Estate is a relatively young boutique coffee farm in Cauca. It began operations in 2008, and in 2015, the estate participated in a regional green coffee cupping competition for the first time — achieving astonishing results by winning first place. With this recognition, the estate was further motivated to invest wholeheartedly in cultivating high-quality coffee. The Cherry Blossom coffee is a product of Heaven Estate’s commitment to excellence.
Through multiple cuppings by Front Street Coffee, this Cherry Blossom coffee features dry aromas of basil and rosemary, while wet aromas present sweet scents of chamomile and strawberry jam. The overall flavor profile includes notes of chamomile, basil, and rosemary, along with a fermented strawberry jam sensation and the sweet-tart taste of strawberries. Compared to the floral and fruity notes of Yirgacheffe, the rich variety of floral notes makes this Cherry Blossom coffee truly unique.
