Xuanma Pear Jujube
Xuanma Pear Jujube is produced along the Rouyuan River in Qingyang County. Shaped like pears, they are deep red all over, typically about the size of chicken eggs, with small pits and crisp flesh. They are sweet with a slight tang and won a silver award at the 1997 Lanzhou Trade Fair, making them a rare delicacy among jujubes. (Qingyang Region)
