　　Baihe Papaya Wine is a specialty of Baihe County, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province. This fruit wine is primarily made from locally sourced, premium fresh papayas through low-temperature double fermentation. It maximizes the absorption and retention of beneficial components from the fresh papayas, resulting in a uniquely tangy and refreshing taste that is mellow, sweet, and rich in lingering fruity aroma.

　　Baihe County boasts unique natural resources — abundant natural mountain spring water and a pristine atmospheric environment. The papaya wine produced here contains not only the distinctive functional components of ginsenosides found in papayas but also a wealth of amino acids, vitamins, and various natural minerals.

　　According to analysis, Baihe papayas contain more than 17 types of amino acids and various nutrients, especially rich in superoxide dismutase (SOD), which has extremely high activity — 300 times that of raisins — making them unparalleled among other fruits worldwide.

　　Baihe County Yijiu Winery is a privately contracted enterprise restructured from the former Baihe County Winery, which was under the Baihe County Economic and Trade Bureau. It is a privately-owned business mainly engaged in the production and sale of “Yi Brand” papaya wine and sugarcane wine, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons. Since its launch on the market, the product has been widely favored by consumers and has won numerous awards. In July 2003, it was certified by the China National Food Industry Association as a “Nationally Qualified Food Product in Terms of Quality and Hygiene Safety.” Currently, Baiyi Papaya Wine is a household name in Ankang City and surrounding areas, truly “renowned across the Golden Region.”
